• Main Job:

Melakukan standarisasi course dan konten ajar (reading materials, silabus, challenge dll ) yang sudah ada; Bekerjasama dengan SME (Subject Matter Experts) dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar; Menentukan kriteria yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja peserta didik dan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian assessment; Mengevaluasi dokumen pendukung (silabus, reading materials, challenge dll ) sesuai dengan coursenya; Menerapkaan teori, praktik, dan metode Instructional Design yang sudah teruji; Memelihara dokumentasi project ke direktori
