What you’ll be doing



As a Workforce Development co-ordinator within our Liverpool Big Life service, you will focus on working with the Liverpool team
to provide a first-class service to individuals and Drug and Alcohol services in providing a workforce development evaluation.



You will recruit Experts by Experience to work in a supportive team to develop, write and implement a Lived Experience toolkit for
the Drug and Alcohol services.



You will work within Liverpool Support Hub to give vulnerable adults a safe environment to get support and engage with
activities.





What we need from you



* Experience of working with a range of agencies and organisations to develop effective working relationships.
* Experience in one or more of the following fields: homelessness, addiction, mental health, physical health, employment, social
inclusion.
* Ability to manage a varied and complex workload effectively.
* Ability to deal with and de-escalate difficult situations in a calm manner.
* Personal resilience and flexible attitude in the face of difficulties.
* You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

1. Act as the first point of contact for dealing with routine enquiries and take action as necessary liaising with others as appropriate. 2. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in all daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.
