Job Responsibilities:
Timely follow up on leads sourced/provided to conceptualize clients' requirements, provide cost quotations, and close deals.
Guide clients on various aspects of interior design, including space planning, color coordination, fixtures, and furnishings.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and professional engineers to ensure quality workmanship and the smooth progress of every phase.
Visit renovation sites regularly to ensure work adheres to clients' design plans.

Meeting with potential clients.
Preparation of material and mood boards and quotations.
Designing.
Project management.
Meeting client expectations.

Design, conceptualize, and space planning.
Provide professional advice to prospective clients on design concepts, interior aesthetics, material selection, and renovation solutions.
Ensure design drawings are delivered promptly.
Assist in project management, including documentation.

Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in the interior design industry for residential and commercial projects.
Possess a Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Interior Design.
Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferably possess knowledge in fitting out works and have a keen eye for details.
Singaporeans/PR only.

Additional Responsibilities:
Work from rough sketches and specifications created by the project manager.
Collaborate with designers, contractors, and project managers on projects.
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
Manage project site vendors and progress.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and government regulations.
Ensure that project expenditures are kept within budget.
Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and other parties involved in the project.
Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation.
Ensure that all defects have been rectified before the pre-site inspection.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties.

We are looking for an experienced hands-on leader with expertise in Cloud Applications and on-device tools to collect telemetry data. What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team of engineers that design, develop, validate, maintain, release, and operate Javascript, HTML and CSS implementations.

• Collaborate with Product Management and rest of the engineering team to deliver the products and features.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS degree in Computer science or related areas (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of overall experience in UI/UX Engineering roles, with at least 2 years as a manager

• Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Deep understanding of frameworks like Angular, VueJS, or ReactJS.

• Experience in TypeScript, Redux, RxJS, or NgRx.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Open to learn other languages including (but not limited) to Scala.

• Good at consuming large blocks of information from written word and able to write technical documents, when required.

Job Scope for ID Manager:

· Sales duties at showroom, inclusive of promoting interior design services

· Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner

· Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals

· Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design

· Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams and sub-contractors

· Coordinate site progress with project manager. Responsible for the entire design process

· Lead and mentor junior designers, as well as managing their schedules and deliverables.

· Apply latest industry trends and business acumen for growth of the company

· Manage and come up with new products and services for the company where necessary

· Work with design team to produce design works for clients

Requirements:
