Position Overview:
This role entails being a visionary leader tasked with sculpting superlative user journeys that enhance global experiential platform. Leveraging innovative mindset and profound grasp of user-centric design principles, you will spearhead the evolution of product interfaces, ensuring they exude intuitiveness, aesthetic allure, and alignment with user requisites.
Responsibilities:
- Pioneering the user experience design, with a pronounced emphasis on web and application interface design, you shall bear the mantle of conceiving the overarching architecture of the application, while curating its stylistic identity.
- Your purview encompasses the orchestration of a gifted cadre of designers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and propelling the imbuement of design excellence into our digital footprint.
- Managing the UX team for their daily matters and guiding them in crafting the visual aesthetics and interactive facets across various organizational domains. This spans the gamut from design to UI interface composition, including the production of pertinent icons.
- You are a strategic partner in product planning. Your role is to furnish sagacious counsel, chart business trajectories in conjunction with the product line, and preside over novel product ideation, page creation, and product prototype evaluation.
- A thorough engagement in the entirety of the UI design process, coupled with usability design and testing, is your domain. Your involvement in product ideation is invaluable, providing astute guidance and aiding in the enhancement of product services in close collaboration with the team.
- Market dynamics and business landscape analysis lie within your purview, mandating a relentless pursuit of research and scrutiny. This ongoing process serves as the compass for product refinement, ensuring harmonious alignment with market demands while fostering heightened user engagement and loyalty within the app ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Boasting a tenure exceeding 8 years in UX design within the digital realm, coupled with a commendable managerial stint.
- Embodiment of design creativity par excellence with a discerning aesthetic sensibility and proficiency of UI or UX design is expected.
- Profound familiarity with e-commerce user behaviours and interaction norms within the digital landscape, underscored by an insatiable curiosity regarding both domestic and international internet product paradigms.
- Honed skills of visual scrutiny, encompassing design, colour theory, aesthetics, and an innate flair for innovation.
- Have a valid passport as mid to long term travelling is necessary.
