Job Description:

• Craft and design a comprehensive content calendar to plan and schedule content across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
• Creation of IG/Tiktok contents according to campaign and brand needs and ensure that all assets are delivered timely.
• Collaborate with creative team and clients to understand project requirements and develop engaging content that aligns with brand objectives, brand identity, and target audience preferences.
• Write clear, concise, and creative copy for social media posts, captions, ads, blog articles, emails, website content, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of content shoots, including pre-shoot preparations, on-site or studio shoot settings, and postproduction.
• Conduct research, analyze and present new and fresh ways to execute social content.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in content creation, video production, marketing or in advertising agency.
• Experienced in filming, lighting, and audio set-up.
• Familiar with content styles on all social platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8, XHS)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Photoshop and Video Editor (i.e. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)

Job Scope:

1. Maintain AR/AP of accounts for the company.

2. Maintain inventory records for company.

3. Assist to prepare the management report, GST report, analysis and reconciliation, forecasts for companies assigned in according with management and the group requirement.

4. Preparing Invoices, Credit notes and Debit Notes.

5. Other administrative duties ad hoc.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent

2. Preferably with a2 years of relevant experience

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ABSS/MYOB.

4. Fluent in Mandarin and English

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Creation/maintenance of social media accounts or digital marketing platforms

• Manage distributors, dealers and stakeholders on the reward APP's functionality
• Support marketing team with content management and creation

Requirements:

· Minimum 2- 3 year (Full of working experience preferred (Full Timer)

· Should be degree holder or above in Marketing and relevant

· Good communication and able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin also presentation skills is a plus

· Should be comfortable working independently, possessing a self-motivated spirit and at the same time, excel as a positive team player because ultimately teamwork wins

· Hit monthly Sales Min Target

· Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries

· Planning events in conjunction with the client.

· Presenting and selling available and suitable Multi – Functional Space, Meeting Room & VIP Room / event options to the highest possible standard.

· Contact customer by mail, telephone for site inspections

· Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events

· Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods

· Actively manage business bookings, record denial, make network referrals.

· Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.

· Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

· Ensure online meeting partner websites are regularly updated and managed including photos, descriptions, and promotions.
