• Data entry and maintain all the daily transactions accurately. (e.g. receivable, payable, corresponding adjustment.)
• Assist in compound inter-company data information and preparing management report analysis.

• Assist in ensuring completeness timeliness and data integrity of all the branches’ financial data entry.
• Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, banker, legal officer, and other statutory bodies authorities.

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
• Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
• Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
• Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.
• Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out qty needed and advise supplier.
• To check and verify SST report.
• Resolve product quality issue with supplier.
• To plan / liaise with supplier and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover for future production use.
• To handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  Industrial Background Preferred.
• Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
