Job Summary

Responsible for processing and ensuring medical claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions, and assist with reception duties, registration, financial counseling, collection of payment and other administration duties.

Role and Responsibilities

Business Office Management

• Responsible for following up on queries, and providing end-to-end support in processing medical claim submissions, regarding Mediclaim and Corporate Insurance claims, including reimbursements.
• Provide accurate adjudication of claims, pre-authorization and LOG issuance to meet operational targets.
• Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim process
• Monitor and timely follow-up on the progress of pending claims to assist with quick resolutions and proper closure
• Liaise with doctors and clinics for facility bill size estimations
• Follow up with patients and insurers for outstanding hospital bills
• Support patients, clinics and front office in day-to-day insurance claims matters
• Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system and ensure mediclaims are filed within a strict timeline
• To handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
• Maintain accurate case records and all related communication
• Any other duties or projects as assigned

• Diploma/degree and above with experience in Healthcare/Insurance/Third Party Administrators industries preferred.

The Transcreation Project Executive (TPE) oversees managing localization projects for the client's Marketing Communications (Marcom) team. The TPE collaborates closely with clients, the Marcom Project Manager, and a network of creative talents from various Southeast Asian (SEA) markets. Key Responsibilities:

Project & Account Management

• Support the Transcreation Manager by allocating and monitoring projects to a network of linguists across markets and time zones.
• Manage projects using both a CAT tool and the client’s Project Management Tool.

About This Role:-

AsiaNext seeks to develop a fair, orderly and transparent exchange that facilitates members and participants to have equal access to information and transparent trading rules.

This role will be performed on shift work basis where candidate will be primarily tasked to work on the market surveillance role in monitoring, identifying and escalating instances of market abuse or misconduct and other manipulative practices that compromise the fair, orderly and transparent exchange operations of the trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of client support on Member’s account or trade related queries.
• Monitor platform processes and ensure the system batch run is executed successfully for the hourly settlement run covering critical processes such as MTM margin calculation and risk limit notification.
• Activate contingent procedure to mitigate any system or data feed outage that affect the system batch run and hourly margin computation.
• Monitor member’s margin balance position and follow up with Members proactively to manage their margin call if it is triggered.
• Monitor member’s credit or concentration limit and follow up with Members to manage their risk limit exposure if it is breached.
• Escalate to Ops management on any major operation process, system run or data feed failure for coordinated and prompt resolution.
• Perform level 1 analysis and review of any market surveillance alerts triggered and forward to Ops management for level 2 review on alert closure or further escalation if the alert event affect the working of a fair, efficient and transparent market.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma in banking and finance, business management/Higher NITEC in business.

Experience and Skill

• Prior experience working in a related role in the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry will be desirable.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory and market conduct rules and other related regulations will be preferred

The Job:

Executive, People Experience -PERM

• The role will primarily be responsible for activities relating to the Singapore Payroll, Benefits and HRIS administration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for payroll operations, reporting & audit
• Work with external vendors on employees’ insurance and benefits operations, including claims and invoices processing, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure adherence to local CPF and tax regulations and legislative requirements regarding employee’s benefits and payroll
• Perform payroll reconciliation and cost allocation, back charging, payment matters, etc
• Timely processing and submission of government-paid leave (Paternity/ Maternity/ Childcare), tax clearance and NS claim

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma with min 2-5 years of payroll processing, administering benefits and HRIS.
• Good knowledge and application of payroll principles and concepts
