We are growing our Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM) team in Canada and looking for an Software Development Manager to join our team who will manage scrum teams that include Developers and Test Developers who are responsible for feature development as well as supporting our end users and 2nd parties that build capabilities on MFGDM. MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product – Autodesk Fusion. Our objective is to build Manufacturing Data Model and cloud services to shift from traditional monolithic file to granular data and then to enable concurrency, integration, automation and collaboration throughout the entire product lifecycle with granular data, making it possible to empower customers to design and make better products faster.

Responsibilities
Recruit, coach and develop an effective team to deliver data services solution and/or features to internal consumers and external customers
Accountable for business outcomes for the teams. Plan and manage successful completion of projects identified to fulfill business objectives
Lead team to support customers and solve customer incidents and issues. Help team to understand the importance of customer-centricity and build customer empathy
Strongly drive team to build Customer Trust in the service solutions delivered, including best in class resiliency, performance, scalability, and reliability. Advocate and build engineering excellence and service excellence in our development
Enhance engineering efficiency by observing the team, identifying opportunities, and influencing the improvement

Minimum Qualifications
BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent industry experience
8+ years working experience in software industry with 3+ years in leading development teams or other similar leadership roles (managing team members from Junior engineers to Principal engineers, from Developers to QAs)
Must have fundamentals in technology with Client (Desktop, Web) and Server-side development, JavaScript (Node.js) and AWS services
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, practices, and methodologies
Proven experience working on a scrum team developing cloud services; understand services architecture, development, and testing; understand Agile and Scaled Agile
Strong conflict resolution skills
An excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to present to large audiences and lead group activities
Capable of prioritizing and managing time and priorities simultaneously
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones which may require limited work outside normal working hours

The Department of Learning and Performance Systems, in the College of Education at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in economic/workforce development, community development, industrial relations, business or a related field.
Three years of supervisory experience
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of the minimum qualifications upon approval of the Chancellor.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A master’s degree with an emphasis in economic/workforce development, community development, industrial relations, business or a related field.
Prior work experience in higher education.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The laboratory of Rina Eiden (Development, Risk, and Resilience Lab) at the Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar position. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
The position involves working primarily on data management, analyses, and manuscript preparation for a randomized clinical trial – Strong Family Foundations (SFF). SFF is a randomized clinical trial for expecting families with heavy drinking fathers/non-pregnant partners.
SFF is an adaptation of a universal preventive intervention to include alcohol content combined with couple level brief motivational intervention to promote health behavior change at the transition to parenthood. The aims of this trial are to examine the intervention effects on fathers’/non-pregnant partners’ heavy drinking, parent adjustment, couple functioning, and co-parenting, as well as to examine these as mediators of intervention effects on parenting and infant regulation.
Opportunities exist to engage in other aspects of the clinical trial and to work on existing data from other longitudinal cohort studies, spanning prenatal period to adolescence. The ideal applicant will have a Ph.D. in developmental, family, or child clinical psychology (or a related field) by the appointment date; an excellent background in longitudinal data analysis; a record of peer-reviewed publications; and an interest in developmental and prevention science.
In addition, successful candidates must either have demonstrated a commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and diverse campus community, or describe one or more ways they would envision doing so, given the opportunity.
