What do we need you to do? 

• You will be responsible for constructing analog and mix signal custom physical layout artwork on state-of-art deep sub-micron process technology nodes from the schematic.  
• You will be working closely with a wide range of technologies, including mature and advanced process nodes from various foundries. 
• You will be responsible for utilizing extensive EDA tools and layout verification software to perform physical assembly and layout verification.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

工作職責：

• 負責公司在本地和國際上的積極和直接的銷售和行銷活動。
• 專業地接聽電話詢問並拜訪客戶。
• 監控並確保所有資源有效實現銷售目標。
• 安排並陪同潛在買家參觀現場。
• 協調和組織銷售發布會、路演和促銷活動。
• 準備報告，如每月銷售報告、活動報告、工作進度報告以及管理層要求的相關報告或文件。
• 準備方案開發報告、市場調查、競爭對手分析、房產展覽和雜誌評估報告、銷售資料、邀請函等。
• 協助經理或助理經理完成指派的任務。
• 準備信件、表格、計劃和其他文件以供演示和簽署。
• 管理層可能不時分配的任何其他職責。

工作要求：

• 優秀的團隊合作者，具有良好的人際溝通和溝通能力。
  精通計算機，即 Microsoft Office。
• 準備在週末或公共假期工作（給予津貼）
