• 39 hours per week working Days (8am-4pm), Mornings (6am-2pm), and Afternoon (2pm – 10pm) shifts weekly rotating. With 1 in 4 Saturday mornings for a few hours.

Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working as a key member of the maintenance team you will ensure plant machinery and equipment is maintained to a high standard utilising planned maintenance digital systems and resources, to maximise availability, reliability, and efficiency and to ensure the health & safety of all colleagues.
• Providing prompt response and resolutions to breakdown inquiries, record all maintenance activity on the system and identify and source spares and equipment in a timely manner to reduce production down times.
• Depending on your skill bias you will undertake a range of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical work as required to identify faults and repair issues in line with best practice and current H&S and Continuous Improvement.
• You will perform other tasks to maintain the fabric of the building, fixtures and fittings, support equipment and asset installations and decommissions in accordance with the maintenance schedule of activities.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills / qualifications / attributes:
• Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer will be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ / Apprentice trained or equivalent standard in maintenance
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualified
• Preferably have experience within manufacturing.
As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will be skilled in Electrical / Hydraulic / Pneumatic / CNC controlled Machines and PLC. You will have the required skills and previous experience to successfully perform electrical installations and commissioning of new equipment, plan preventative maintenance schedules and assist with maintenance projects.
We’re looking for a problem solver and team player with excellent IT and communication skills. You will also have the required skills to anticipate problems and promptly provide solutions whilst ensuring H&S and company procedures are always followed.
Your Pay & Benefits:
Electrical Maintenance Engineer paying a salary circa £40,500 per annum, plus annual bonus and overtime paid at premium rates. Full time permanent role working 39 hours per week. Working Days, Mornings, Afternoon shifts, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. Excellent benefits package with a highly reputable company offering career progression opportunities for the right candidate.
