Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Support cum Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business support and logistics operations with a strong focus on inventory and stock management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and enhance processes to streamline our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize inventory control and stock management.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize consignment stock allocation, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Oversee E-Perolehan (EP) coordination, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and supply chain operations.
- Lead problem-solving efforts related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members' development and growth.
- Manage office and facilities operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
- Understanding of distribution and logistics principles.
- Interest in innovative technologies, with a focus on automation software.
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
