Intapp is looking for a Client Success Analyst Intern to handle client inquiries and add-on projects while providing a high level of support to the Intapp DealCloud platform user community. You will work closely with our Client Success team to ensure a seamless experience with the Intapp DealCloud platform. In this role, you will hone your organizational skills and learn the art of prioritization to treat all clients like they are your only ones.
What you will do:
Assist the team with client questions regarding training, platform configuration, workflow, and new processes
Analyze success metrics to determine adoption trends and collaborate with Client Success Managers on how to improve adoption for specific clients
Join in on calls with clients
Work on small projects surrounding data cleanup, reporting/analysis on trends within client requests, and/or documenting how-to knowledge articles
What you will need:
Strong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clients
Superior troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills and an effective planner
In the second or final year of undergraduate business, computer science degree or other related degrees. Preferred majors, minors and concentrations include Business, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering and Mathematics.

Have an understanding of financial modeling, reporting, analysis and private capital markets
Are an Excel expert (advanced Lookup functionality and structuring of pivot tables)
Knowledge or experience with SaaS (cloud-based) software deployments

The selected candidate will work on Leidos and customer-sponsored research and development projects across the full-spectrum of cyber operations. They will work on scenarios, software and systems including emerging technologies, analytic ingest pipelines, cyber tools, foundational tools and applications to automate offensive and defensive cyber network operations. Evaluating and recommending future research and development projects based on advances in industry, technologies, and Leidos business strategy. Primary Responsibilities

Interns will also be afforded the opportunity to develop and grow a professional network and interact with other Interns across the enterprise through structured learning and development training activities and community service experiences.
Internships will be available for students who are in both Engineering and Business degree programs. Positions available will include assignments and tasks in the areas of Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Materials/Inventory Management, Manufacturing Operations, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Returns and Order Fulfillment. Tasks and assignments will vary with each Intern.
Intern Responsibility/Project Examples
Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of supply chain initiatives.
Review and analyze whether or not new supply chain concepts that support an Integrated Supply Chain should be adopted by HP (i.e., JIS---Just In Sequence)
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to supply chain management and process improvement
Conducting a sourcing market research to determine possible new innovative products or categories for introduction into HP’s products
Designing a sustainability initiative independent or in conjunction with other business function, i.e., Packaging suppliers, Logistics/Transportations suppliers
Identifying and implementing new, innovative quality control processes and procedures for component suppliers
Conduct market research to propose and implement potential new technologies leading for supply chain optimization
Apply analytics to develop data-driven solutions and financial/operational models to complex problems
Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and Sharepoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work successfully in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, SQL and Access database a plus
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or others a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft
Knowledge of statistical analysis, and financial modeling

Health Systems for TB (HS4TB) is a five-year USAID-supported global project led by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) that supports achievement of TB outcomes through health systems strengthening approaches. In India, HS4TB focuses on improving contract management for outsourcing priority TB services to the private sector. The project deploys a three-pronged approach to address contract management challenges: 1) establishing technical support units in each project state called Partnership and Innovation Units (PIUs) that work closely with the State leadership on improving the efficiency of contract management; 2) developing health financing interventions to address contract payment delays; and 3) pioneering partnership collaboratives in each project state to engage the State Government, contracting partners, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this role involves collating, editing, and enhancing knowledge products, policy briefs, case studies, process documents, tools and job aides, PowerPoint presentations, and quarterly/annual reports produced by the project. Working in close collaboration with both the MSH India and US based teams, the technical writer intern will engage with various team members to gather insights and synthesize information as needed. The role also requires organizing and maintaining a repository of knowledge resources that can be easily accessed by team members and external stakeholders.
