The Business Analyst (BA) role is a hands-on, business-to-technology role that is integral to the Charles River platform. Description:

Under the general supervision of the ICDIP management, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in content development and eLearning best practices and will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and interactive eLearning content that meet the needs of the IMF and its target audience. The selected candidate will have the following main duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive and engaging online learning content using Articulate 360.
• Transform existing online learning content into more modern, flexible, and portable formats to improve accessibility and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to analyze learning needs and develop effective eLearning solutions.

Strategy Analyst

Key Role:

Assist EUCOM with long-term military problem-solving and analysis by leveraging European regional expertise. Participate in EUCOM joint planning groups and operational planning teams. The Credit Risk Analyst II is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

• The primary focus of the position is data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes document review, data entry, exception reporting along with document scanning and document warehousing.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and the ability to learn and work with a very complex in-house data management system.
• The position will require gaining a detailed familiarity with Citi’s standard forms of documentation, technology, and internal procedures.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Makes judgments and recommendations based on analysis and specialty area knowledge.
• Researches and interprets factual information.
• Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
• Exchanges information in a concise and consistent way as well as be sensitive to diverse audience

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

3.주요 업무 및 책임

- 기존/신규 기업금융 고객에 대한 연례/비 정기 여신심사보고서 준비 및 작성

- EW/PWL/CCR을 통한 상시 신용 모니터링

- 고객기업의 사업 실적과 재무제표 분석, 실적 추정, 차주신용등급산정

- 분기별 MCA 테스트 실시, 수시 스트레스 테스트 실시

- 리스크 및 기업금융 전반에 대한 대내외 제반 법규, 규정 준수

4. 자격요건

- Credit analyst 1년 이상 근무 경험 (우대)

- 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (우대)

- 신용 및 재무 분석에 대한 지식

- 회계, 재무, 산업, 경제 및 법률에 대한 지식

- 행내 외 각종 규정 및 절차에 대한 지식
