Training and Training Support Advisor

KBR is searching for the right candidate to provide US Army’s Fixed Wing Project Management Office (FWPO) with training support to advise and support training students in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and operations for aircraft managed by the FWPO, specifically Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) aircraft and ultimately the High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES).

Responsibilities Include:

• Help develop a training strategy in coordination with the Program Manager’s acquisition plan and/or strategy
• Advise the FWPO in the development of the Strategic Training Plan (STRAP)
• Help develop training support packages (TSP) according to the Systems Approach to Training procedures outlined in TRADOC Reg 350-70
• Identify and develop plans for New Equipment Training (NET), sustainment training, and refresher training
• Develop training or make training recommendations to any Army fixed wing aircraft or aircrew or maintenance training IAW TRADOC Reg 350-70, Army Training and Evaluation-Mission Training Plan (ARTEP-MTP), Army Regulation (AR) 95-1, and the Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) if applicable
• Coordinate, when required, flights and flight training with the appropriate Government Flight Representatives (GFR)

Principal Technical Business Support Analyst - Coupa

Job Function Technical Business Support for Coupa (Procurement application): Provides support to operational employees in optimizing technology, systems and business processes.

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP) & OIC
• Experience creating/maintaining/troubleshooting complex, high volume Coupa integrations with OIC for transactions and master data.
• Upgrade testing support for Coupa, Oracle and OIC upgrades and patches.
• Support reconciliation between Oracle/Coupa for month/quarter/year end.
• Ability to provide production support, integration exception handling, and enhancement stories for PGE functions supported by Coupa. 

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Responds and triages issues from end users on department hardware and software (depending on area of specialization). Looks for trends and proactively resolves systemic issues. Researches and investigates root- cause issues and leads cross-functional efforts to resolve. Implements system changes in accordance with the governance process. Negotiates deadlines between IT, external vendors and end users.
• Monitoring Proactively monitors systems and identifies potential gaps or issues. Resolves or mitigates issues to ensure operating systems meet business requirements. Coordinates integration implications with affected areas of the business and proactively implements process improvements.
• Upgrades and Testing Analyzes anticipated system upgrades or changes from a cross-functional perspective and proactively identifies and drives the mitigation of potential issues. Recommends and implements new functionality providing operational improvements and efficiencies. Coordinates and/or leads all aspects of upgrades, including user acceptance testing, integration implications, vendor coordination, etc. Manages laptop and software upgrades, serving as a liaison between IT and the end user, considering business process needs, as well as system constraints.
• Reports Designs and builds complex reports, dashboards, and analytics. Recommends and operationalizes creative ways to provide data to end users to support business process and system improvements.
• Consultation Serves as a subject matter expert and a strong consultative partner to end users, various centers of excellence and others. Identifies, proposes and initiates significant improvements and measurable business benefits by seeking to understand and fully address client needs and leading significant programs of improvement; enhances existing approaches to process improvement and/or develops new approaches. Enhances the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.
   

Education/Experience/Certifications

• Coupa Certified, Coupa APIs and SIM.
• Experience with Oracle Coud (ERP) & OIC.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, eight or more years of experience either in using operational systems or IT troubleshooting or equivalent.
• Requires a valid Driver’s License and a history of safe driving practices.

Job Description:

At Regions, the Information Technology Application Support Analyst supports software systems, provides troubleshooting, technical assistance, installation, and training to software users. This position also ensures that application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality.
