As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Peterborough office and from home for a proportion of your week after training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;
- Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Managing National Account Business
- Business to business outbound sales calls, marketing activities and working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Cambridgeshire area
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Catering staff from Chefs through to Front of House staff
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Servicing existing business to a high standard
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
