Transformational change with the implementation of a core electronic patient record system (EPR).

Responsibilities

Training:

• Identify training gaps for development and implementation of annual training plans in accordance with company's vision and directives
• Curate, develop and maintain coaching materials based on training plans

Qualifications

• Preferably ACTA/ACLP or DACE certified
• Available to travel 50% of the time within APAC countries
• Competent in content curation and development, with knowledge in various training methodologies
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of Company information
