You will plan, organise, drive and monitor the sales and promotional activities of Philips Personal Health products, and meet the key financial and non-financial parameters set out for the assigned key accounts.

You are responsible for

• Managing and supporting assigned accounts to achieve sales, profitability, inventory, accounts receivable targets, negotiation for contract renewal.
• Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts to understand operations and business needs.
• Create an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. 
• Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
• Deliver and monitoring customer’s annual business plans and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Manage the Sales & Operations process, forecast accuracy, price and order management
• Collaborate with Marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiate monthly promotions to enable target achievement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Diploma and above tertiary education qualification
• Possess 4 - 7 years of Key Account Management/ Sales experience in the Consumer Products or related industry
• Experience in managing retailers, distributors and dealers
• Excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical skills with an ability to be detailed and strategic
• Independent with the ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels

What a Manager, Sustainability Customer Success AMS and APJ does in HP:

• This team’s mission is to enable HP to efficiently support our customers on their sustainability journey and turn this into a demonstrable competitive advantage across the markets we have presence. As part of this role, this person will be responsible for defining the overall go-to-market strategy for five markets - North America, Latin America, Greater Asia, Greater China and Greater India. Part of the responsibilities include:
• Leading a diverse team spread across multiple countries that is responsible to support the business on the ground as sustainability go-to-market subject matter experts;
• In partnership with the Commercial Organization, defining strategies to support customer and partners engagements, including SLAs and engagement plans;
• Setting goals and deliver on yearly plans, leading the team to execute accordingly;
• Ensure operational excellence on budget execution, reports, quarterly business reviews and dashboards;
• Identify customer needs, insights and trends that will guide the development of solutions and assets at a worldwide level
• Enable the development of sustainability messaging to consumer and commercial customers, as well as marketing campaigns in partnership with other go-to-market teams
• Help drive brand differentiation and positive impact at a market level through community programs
• Support continuous improvement of sales support processes to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) with sustainability requirements
• Provide guidance and input for the development of sales-support materials, and sales trainings
• Support virtual and in-person customer and channel briefings when needed, as well as acting as spokesperson at key events and thought leadership opportunities

Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:

• Minimum of 7-10 years work experience and 3-5 years managing teams, preferably in sustainability, business development, business or project management.
• Passion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus).
• Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and to lead, negotiate and influence different types of stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally to external audiences like customers and partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to influence and negotiation mindset
• Capacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.

Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, vendors and immediately establish trust and confidence in his/her ability.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, Electrical systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.

• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Mechanical, Electrical and CSA subcontractors during construction.

• Log and post all Electrical changes and as-built information on field drawings. Provide such information to VDC team so such information can be incorporated into the final virtual model.

• Direct, monitor and control the activities of Electrical Subcontractor.

•  Interface with the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) manager for all client provided equipment.

• Liaison with the Electrical engineering consultant, supervisory engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff
