The school wishes to appoint a Site Assistant to join our Site Team. We are looking to recruit a hardworking and motivated individual with a range of practical skills to support the day to day operation of the school and undertake maintenance works which can be varied and physical. This is a permanent contract to start as soon as possible.
During term time the successful candidate will work on a fortnight shift pattern with one week from 7am to 3pm and the following week from 11am to 7pm. On the later shift you will be required to support any evening events at the school for which overtime is payable outside of your normal hours. A level of flexibility is therefore required. During the school holidays the hours of work will be 8am to 4pm.
There is an annual leave allowance initially of 20 days along with additional days for bank holidays and the school closure over the Christmas period. Annual leave can be taken throughout the year.
The pay range for the position will be £26,421 through to £28,770 with the annual starting salary based on skills and experience.

JOB PURPOSE: 

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Site Physician Assistant is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs) patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Direct the medical care and treatment of patients and have primary medical responsibility in overseeing and supporting the care rendered by other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Supports the needs of all site patients including primary care and community-based membership.

• Identifies opportunities to improve the quality, cost, and utilization of care for the site participants.

• Carries a caseload of patients as the primary care provider and participates in direct medical care in the Diagnostic and Treatment Center.

• Develops and participates in the Utilization Review of medical services provided by the IDT/DTC.
