Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a multi-channel communications strategy for the Cluster, with focus on message development and promotional efforts for the targeted segments. Owner of the cluster communication strategy.

Job Description

• Annual Planning & Budget: Develop yearly communication plans and budgets for sales divisions.

• Promotional Activities: Implement sales-aligned promotional activities, adhering to brand guidelines.

• Internal Communication: Plan internal activities, reinforcing company culture and strategy.

• Omnichannel Strategy: Create local omnichannel strategies for key initiatives.

• Content Activation: Activate content across channels, collaborating with digital marketing.

• Alignment with Sales: Ensure local strategies support sales objectives and market priorities.

• Content Coordination: Oversee content alignment with local needs and collaborate with Business Units.

• Performance Evaluation: Collect feedback on content performance, optimizing strategies.

• Internal Liaison: Act as the local contact for central initiatives and group communications.

• Brand Champion: Champion the Alfa Laval brand for all cluster stakeholders.

What You Know

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years in campaign management and communications.

• Proven track record and experience in successful online campaign execution.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives.

• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
