As an Assistant Manager, Facilities, you are to be an expert in space planning, contract negotiation, and facilities management. The ideal candidate should hold certifications from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in building management and fire safety. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the full suite of the Facilities Department including but not limited to daily operations of the sub-departments, Landscaping, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations support.
