Provide guidance and advice to end users, acting as the first point of contact for the Trust across all sites where clinical services are provided. Lead responsibility to resolve end-user issues and enquiries, ensuring problems are dealt with proactively and the cause and solution are communicated fully to complete the loop and improve fundamental system understanding amongst the user-base on an on-going basis. The Registered Nurse - Nursing Data & Staffing Analyst position responsibilities include but are not limited to: the design and implementation of computerized data collection systems, data trending, interpretation and analysis of various nursing and clinical processes. The analysis includes recommendations for process or structural changes to improve the outcomes of care.

The Nursing Data and Staffing Analyst possesses a thorough knowledge of data base management and implements the necessary policies and procedures to maintain appropriate records, reports and analysis. He/she independently prepares written reports and analysis detailing nursing performance and/or practice issues. The incumbent provides technical support in the development and/or management of select databases. In addition, this position will serve as the Staffing Methodology Coordinator. Responsibilities:

• Provides risk strategic analytics and information management for Corporate loans ops process facilitating data-quality and controls for all the teams and managers.
• Provides regulatory risk project management support (business requirements, analysis and testing) for delivery of regulatory solutions
• Performs business analysis to respond to regulatory and business questions and provide portfolio insights.
• Performs data analysis to monitor and track data quality and completeness of data.
• Performs User acceptance testing. Proactively mitigate and manage testing & issues.
• Partners with the operations team and product to understand and quickly respond to needs. Proactively seeks Client feedback to influence change throughout organization.
• Assists project manager and work with business users to gather business requirements and draft and co-ordinate approval for Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of regulatory changes related to lending/ loans and experience in making, reviewing and providing regulatory reporting
• Knowledge of banking domain especially Risk & control Management.
• Experiences managing tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree

The Health System Specialist -Credentialing and Privileging Analyst is assigned to the Medical Staff Office, which is under the Chief of Staff at a VA Medical Center (VAMC) and is responsible for conducting analytical reviews, managing and tracking data, and serving as an advisor to VAMC leadership on key processes related to the Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) program of the VAMC. The C&P Analyst is aligned to and supervised by the C&P Manager. The incumbent applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of key program processes and makes recommendations to leadership for improving policies, processes and procedures.
Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing, maintenance, and updating of Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) monitoring systems in support of all divisions of the VAMC.
• Working collaboratively with VAMC leadership, healthcare providers, the C&P administrative specialists, and other administrative teams in managing the FPPE and the OPPE for the C&P Program.
• Analyzing clinical evaluation plans to assure that they meet standards and are thorough and appropriate to measure and document the clinical competence of the Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP).
• Gathering, analyzing, documenting and tracking program data from beginning to end ensuring program compliance.

Lead consultant for the VAMC Report Card data related to the C&P Program.

• Identifying issues and recommends corrective actions to supervisor, VAMC leaders, or administrative support personnel as appropriate.
• Ensuring initiation, completion and compliance of FPPE and OPPE clinical evaluations to include providing guidance and assistance in accordance with all requirements and standards.
• Reviewing and completing quarterly reports required by VA Central Office.
• Managing special projects for new program initiatives and requirements and for process improvements and changes.
• Providing technical guidance and supports program leadership by conducting and analyzing healthcare provider industry studies.
• Performs other duties within the C&P program as assigned.

Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
