Responsibilities:

• Be a support to the Director of Business Travel in training programs to improve sales efficiency and staff development. Ensure regular enhanced job and product knowledge through regular updates and site visits. You will be one of the principal pillars of the hotel, passionately and enthusiastically directing day-to-day activities of the sales team by inspiring and coaching them to drive results. The Role
The Senior Director, Technology Sales Advisory will collaborate directly with the larger JLL services sales organization by acting as a technology expert in all of the phases that lead to a client to an outsourcing buying decision. Our business model is an advisory lead, people business with responsibilities to our clients that cover all aspects of corporate real estate including facility management and portfolio services. Direct responsibilities include pre-sales technology solutions, pricing models, technology demonstrations, and client presentations. This role will be part of a global team, with a focus in the APAC region and travel up to 50% in APAC.
This is a senior-level role in our organization and will represent technology as a key differentiator in the sales process. This role exhibits a deep understanding of technology applications and the connectivity of those applications to form a holistic solution for our corporate real estate clients. This individual must be comfortable presenting to high-level decision-makers, demonstrating key functions of our technology applications, and collaborating with the sales team, delivery teams, and product management teams. 1. Client facing thought leadership.
a. Drive dynamic discussions and presentations to draw clients into understanding how our technology ecosystem and roadmap will benefit them.

The Role

The primary focus of the role is to drive incremental revenue in line with budget and future strategy. With a focus on delivering new lucrative business opportunities that drive revenue and rate, and to build effective relationships with existing accounts to drive volume.

The role will also focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships, across all hotels within the Clermont Hotel portfolio. The individual will need strong leadership skills, with a focus on induction, training, mentoring & measurement of the team. With over 5000 bedrooms in London, this individual also needs to be identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels, ensuring a cross selling mentality is adopted across all relevant departments and areas of responsibility.

Operational Duties The post holder will ensure: - Timely and clinically appropriate patient flow to achieve national and local health care standards, promoting safe, personal, and effective care. The identification and resolution of daily patient flow issues to ensure the smooth movement of patients through the hospital and the organisations community services. That Trust performance from both a quality and operational standard perspective is continually improved. Close working relationships are developed across all clinical areas and support services promoting joint working supporting delivery of effective patient care. The development of partnership working with support services including estates, facilities, and IT to ensure that the Trust is functioning at its optimum. Effective site management on a daily basis with strong internal and external communication. Analysis and triangulation of available information to improve systems and processes, this will include visiting operational areas, observing behaviours and open discussions with staff. Work with external agencies, such as the Ambulance Trust, CCGs, other Acute Trusts, and Community providers to ensure the Trust response to emergency planning is robust and where possible, consensus across organisations is reached on how to respond to incidents. Ensure business continuity plans for the organisation are robust, monitored and escalated as appropriate and take account of the specific needs of high-risk clinical environments and equipment in the Trust. Developing a Safe & Quality Driven Excellent Clinical Service to Patients Lead and develop a culture where safety, quality and excellent patient care is consistently delivered and lead improvements and innovation in the delivery of services. Lead the Divisional Leadership Team in the planning of future service developments and to ensure that the resources and facilities for the Division meet the needs of the service, implementing change programme as appropriate. Work with clinical staff to develop changes in clinical practice through the development of evidence-based practice which complements the Trusts Clinical Governance Strategy and Service and Financial Plan, working closely with the Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Governance. Ensure with the Divisional Leadership Team that systems for corporate governance and application of the Trusts assurance framework are in place. Monitor performance against CQC Standards, CCG Contract and NHSLA standards and initiate appropriate action to ensure these standards are achieved and maintained. Establish and maintain systems for assessing service users views on the quality of services provided and for involving patients relative and their representatives in the planning and development of services, wider strategic management of Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Governance. Contribute and support clinical networks both internally and externally to the Trust.
