Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated team player, an experienced sales representative that is keen on driving new business growth to Autodesk through our License Compliance department. You will profile and detect non-compliant companies, present to C-Level by using different data sets. License Compliance sales representatives help customers understand the usage of cracked licenses, subscription overuse and other non-compliant categories.

We require you to feel comfortable with leading companies throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting and profiling to closing the negotiation. As a License Compliance sales representative you will build internal and external relationships through strategic planning, knowledge sharing and licensing guidance. You are responsible for meeting and forecasting quarterly and annual License Compliance sales goals within your territory.

We are looking for someone, who is always maintaining highest levels of integrity, as we offer you a place to grow. The open position is an opportunity to strengthen and apply sales skills and develop an understanding of legal expertise.

You will be reporting to License Compliance team Manager, based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Lead License Compliance engagements by means of telemetry reporting, audits or consultancy
• Use data sets to educate companies and explain non-compliant behaviours
• Target C-Level regarding our needs and risks concerning non-compliance, present difficult messaging and provide deadlines
• Work with install base and non-customers
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance
• Develop a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed on sales quota
• Achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue
• Manage forecast, pipeline and activity metrics (all leading indicators) to ensure these are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals
• Ensure collaboration with the larger team: Work with Legal, Channel and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• You have experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level
• Willingness to integrate into teams and work for personal and team goals
• Native Spanish and Business English

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Manufacturing Representative’s primary functions are to assure manufacturing operations meet the quality system requirements, product is released to sterilization and shipping after review of documentation and assisting Quality engineers with quality issues. This position will also provide training, guidance, and input on quality issues to the manufacturing floor. This position will also audit compliance to the quality policy and procedures. The incumbent will participate in continuous improvement and other plant initiatives as needed in support of business goals. This position reports directly to a Quality Engineer.

HOURS: 7PM - 7AM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Performs review of manufacturing documentation

• Releases product to the next stage of manufacturing or shipping

• Follows up on manufacturing issues with appropriate parties

• Perform complete inspection of product according to applicable specifications

• Reports issues to the Quality Engineers and assist as needed with quality related issues

• Document all inspections as required

• Update all reports and databases as required for reporting and tracking purposes

• Possess knowledge of Quality System Regulations

• Ensure manufacturing associates are properly trained using documented inspection techniques

• Must perform duties and maintain knowledge to conduct inspections and tasks among all manufacturing/molding departments

• Apply and interpret ANSI Z1.4 and other sampling plans for predicting percent defective and lot acceptance criteria

• Conduct routine product and process audits to assure compliance to the quality system.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Hold self-accountable to follow all safety policies & procedures

• Good Manufacturing Practices

• Perform all other miscellaneous duties as appropriately directed by Quality Management

The QA Representative is responsible for reviewing and publishing content on our platform. This full-time role involves ensuring the content meets high-quality standards and follows the company's guidelines. The successful candidate will be part of the Publishing Team and will report to the Onboarding and Publishing Lead.

Responsibilities

The Publishing Representative will work closely with other Publishing Representatives, our Onboarding Publishing Lead and the Teacher Support Team when needed.

This role is important to ensure Insight Timer has great quality and relevant content published and featured at all times.

• Review and publish content in a timely manner, according to the company’s goals.
• Work closely with the Publishing Team to ensure we are continually and efficiently loading new and relevant content onto our platform.
• Ensure the quality of content remains at a high level: relevant topics, quality audio, well-written copy, beautiful imagery etc., and follows Insight Timer’s content guidelines and requirements.
• Review and approve new teachers who meet content guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with teachers to provide feedback on their content and guide improvements in their offerings.
• Ensuring our feature lists are constantly updated and showing high quality and relevant content from a diverse range of teachers.

• You are expected to work 40 hours per week (rotating schedule that may include weekends)
• Confidence with tools and software: Google Suite, Slack, Freshdesk
• Strong spoken and written English
• You are process driven and have a proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to changing priorities

About the Role

Quality Manager is a key role in the team responsible for engaging with various functions from Sales, Tendering, Engineering, to Operations on the implementation of integrated execution work processes and governance. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation Excellence and Tools

• Deploy the execution processes and playbooks deployment and compliance.
• Ensure good implementation & adoption of Execution tools (BFS, SAP, etc.).
• Provide business analytics for Execution – revenue, margin, WIP, warranty cost, failure rate, utilization, etc.
• Responsible for driving initiatives throughout the execution to improve productivity, efficiency, cost management and continuous improvement.

Quality

• Defining offer and project quality goals including customer effort goals all along life cycle.
• Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets.
• Creates and enforces the project quality plan.

Corrosion Service Teams (CSTs) provide organizational level Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) services defined by Marine Corps Technical Manual 4795-OR/1A and associated USMC CPAC policies and procedures.  A valued member of the CST, the CST Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) ensures the production of the CST Team(s) comply with quality standards as defined by Marine Corps Technical Manual 4795-OR/1A, organizational policies, and procedures. The job description of a QAR involves ensuring products and services meet the established standards set by the Marine Corps and the company, working with personnel assigned to the CST teams, working with customers, using effective communication skills, and exercising strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Description:

QARs have a working knowledge of all CPAC policies, procedures, responsibilities, and billets within the CST. A QAR maintains strong quality control of CST production adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectation. Inspection of products is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings. QARs oversee the entire production process, looking for erroneous methods or application of Corrosion Prevention Compounds (CPC), Surface Preparation and Touch-Up Procedures, and corrosion assessments. QARs also minutely observe production for visible defects, perform various tests to check for durability of the product and other desirable characteristics, record findings, prepares reports, accepts, or rejects assets produced, participates in the implementation of quality control programs, prepares quality guidelines, and performs other assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a CPAC QAR:

• Review and understand all Marine Corps Orders, technical manuals, and policies involving Corrosion Prevention and Control. QARs will abide by the CPAC program standards when inspecting production, checking for durability of the product and other desirable characteristics, recording findings, preparing reports, and accepting or rejecting assets produced.

• Inspect, assess, validate, verify, and document corrosion category code III, IV, and V equipment.
• Conduct on-the-spot training to ensure proper classification of corrosion category codes
• Perform point inspections and provide quality control on surface preparation and touch-up procedures to ensure compliance with applicable publications and procedures.  Provide the team lead with observations for immediate correction.
• Perform point inspections and provide quality control on the treatment of CPCs to ensure compliance with applicable publications and procedures.  Provide the team lead with observations for immediate correction.

• Inspect application equipment checking for faults. 
• Periodically check assessment process to verify compliance with assessment procedures, to include proper use of the Corrosion Assessment Checklist (CAC).
• Enforce compliance of all safety procedures to include personal protective equipment and environmental regulations.
• Periodically inspect the required publications to ensure the most current and up to date references are maintained and available.
• Record findings, complete project documentation, and submit reports as directed.
• Certify initial and annual recertification of CST team leads, assistant team leads, and service technicians.

• Hold or be capable of passing a background check to receive identification credentials through the Defense Biometric Identification System.
• Hold or be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance prior to being granted access to classified information up to the level of Secret.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify mistakes and direct corrective action plans.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Within two years of employment, possess the ability to pass the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AAMP), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Coating Inspector Program - Level 1 certification course. The employer will provide the arrangements to attend the course. It is incumbent of the QAR to pass the course.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the day.
• During short-durations, QARs may be required to lift to 50 pounds safely.
• During long-durations, QARs may be required to mount and dismount military and support equipment of varying heights safely.
• During long-durations, QARs may be required to work in outdoor weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
• During long-durations, QARs may be required to wear and use company provided personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes but is not limited to: safety goggles, hand protection, and respirator equipment, etc.
• Visual accuracy is required.

 

Education/Experience: 

• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and/or a vocational degree.
• Prefer a degree from a military school, which provided an in-depth knowledge of Marine Corps operations and maintenance practices.

Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for a Contract Quality Representative who will l be responsible for the delivery of the Contract Quality Plan. Within this role you will support the operational teams with inspections, training, and guidance to ensure work activities of VIVO employees and their subcontractors are completed in line with the applicable quality standards and contractual requirements.

Reporting into the Contract Quality Manager, you focus on Quality and Assurance Management within the Accommodation Contracts in defence, supporting Line Management on implementation and ongoing development of the Quality Management System.

This role will see you will drive a behaviour towards continuous improvement and act as a support mechanism in the company by collaboratively managing and conducting inspections on the accommodation contracts. The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional manner when communicating with and training the operational teams and supply chain partners on the VIVO Management System processes and procedures, all while keeping the company vision and values at the forefront.

- Gather, analyse, and prepare data for selection of monthly inspections

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Compliance function is a trusted partner in promoting and supporting an ethical work environment and a culture of ethics, integrity and compliance with the ultimate aim to pursue Menarini Group’s mission and protect its reputation. The Compliance function pursues its mission though designing Compliance Programs and facilitating their implementation and oversight, through education, advice and monitoring, thereby enabling a risk-informed decision making and supporting management and employees to make the right decisions always.

Reporting directly to Corporate Compliance Director, Corporate Compliance Support Director (CCSD) APAC will partner with regional and country based management and resources to support and facilitate the implementation of Corporate Compliance Programs across the 13 markets of the Asia-Pacific (China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zeeland and India) in a consistent and harmonious manner.

The CCSD will communicate, counsel, train and monitor implementation of the Corporate Compliance Programs and initiatives across the markets, also ensuring such initiatives and programs are aligned with Menarini’s Global Compliance Framework and related Global Policies over time.

The CCSD is also expected to support the design and enforcement of Corporate Compliance Education and Training Programs across the region, including tight monitoring and taking direct responsibility over appropriate and timely delivery and tracking of such programs over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and implementation of a robust, word-class Corporate Compliance Framework that enhances the reputation of Menarini and minimizes its risk of non-compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and self-regulation that affect the Company’s operations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of, and familiarity with, the Company’s business, its organization, markets, facilities, customers and competitors, in order to identify trends and design and implement appropriate programs, plans and strategies.
• Clearly communicate throughout the Company a culture of ethics, integrity and compliance, including personal accountability at all levels.
• Support Corporate Compliance in the implementation of the Company’s Global Code of Conduct, Ethics and Integrity Policies, Global Anti-Corruption Program and any other relevant global policy and procedural document; improve and recommend updates to the policies, procedures and programs at the division, and at the regional and country level.
• Perform independent reviews aimed to ensure that Regional Compliance Officer, Country Officers/Liaisons at country/market level are implementing and monitoring country/market specific compliance programs, in alignment with Menarini’s Global Compliance Programs and Policies.
• Apply project management skills to ensure effective monitoring over implementation of programs, trainings and initiatives, also meeting high quality standard, deadlines and expectations of stakeholders.

• Support Regional and Country Compliance Officers in implementing requirements deriving from global licensors’ due diligence and other contractual obligations.
• In partnership with regional business leadership and Regional/Country Compliance Officers, facilitate and contribute to Regional Compliance Committees and support related recommendations and action plans.
• Lead, in coordination with Corporate Compliance, regional compliance risk assessments; manage communication of resulting reports/ recommendations and support any required business remediation plans / corrective actions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A Master’s Degree from a globally recognized institution is preferred
• Candidates should have at least 12 years’ experience in compliance, preferably from the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical or medical device)
• Intimate knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, healthcare compliance and trade control legislation is essential
