Responsibilities:

• To identify and conduct training courses or session for the sales team to maximize individual potential.
• Look for suitable training courses and consult HR team and department heads on monthly reports and performance.
• Provide sales representatives with on-the-job training and feedbacks.
• Develop and improve managers' leadership ability for their individual teams.
• Identify training needs in accordance with business requirements.
• Tracking of performance management for each of the sales team.
• Ensure the sales team is following the digital change management and trainings.
• Identify and analyze both high and low performers using the competency matrix.
• Take the lead and engage in activities that promote motivation and change management.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of sales training experience, preferably with FMCG industry exposure

Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Working Location: One Commonwealth
Salary: $2800 - $3000

Role Description

This position reports to the Sales Manager and coordinates with Facilitator, and Course Coach to successfully enroll participants in leadership courses and manage the entire training process to ensure participants achieve the desired and pre-determined training outcomes. We provide continuous learning opportunities, a positive working environment for mutual support and share resources.

Job Responsibilities

Individuals to be involved in:

• Identify new and qualified prospects.
• Approach and conduct organisation Performance Needs Analysis with SMEs business owners.
• Select and enroll the right candidate for leadership programmes.
• Engage the course coach, facilitator, and manager mentor for active participation to successfully complete the leadership programmes.
• Conduct regular feedback for improvement with clients and maintain a positive relationship for repeat business and referral leads.
