MANAGEMENT TRAINEE: 

Proton Commerce is a 50:50 joint venture company between Proton Edar Sdn Bhd
(PESB) and CIMB Bank Berhad (CIMB) and offers competitive hire purchase loan
financing packages to new Proton car purchasers. We are seeking bright and dedicated
candidates to help joined us as Management Trainee.

This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience. You’ll
support our management team in Finance, Sales & Marketing. To succeed in this role research, analytical and creative problem solving skills required.

Requirements: 

• Posses a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.80.
• University degree in a relevant discipline i.e Marketing/ Finance/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Pure Science/Business Management / Accounting or any relevant course.
• New graduate with the right qualities and personality.
• Active in social media such as Instagram, Youtube or Facebook.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outreach & Introduction:

• Reach out to existing and potential customers via email or calls to
  introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.

2. CRM Management:

• Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for
  efficient sales tracking.

3. Follow-Up:

• Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer
  satisfaction.

4. WhatsApp Management:

• Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with
  professionalism.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales
  and marketing plans.

6. Affiliation & Collaboration:

• Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand
  business networks.

7. Event Participation:

• Represent SPS by attending events, trade shows, or conferences as
  needed.

8. Quotation & Invoice Processing:

• Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately and timely.

9. Training Support:

• Assist in training registration, confirmation, and certificate issuance for
  participants.

10. HRD Claimable Course Coordination:

• Coordinate HRD Claimable Course applications with HRD Corp.

11. Event Preparation Support:

• Support in preparation for public training and events.

12. Training Preparation Coordination:

• Organize training logistics including venue, materials, registration, and
  certifications.

13. Participant Communication:

• Maintain communication with participants via email, WhatsApp, etc.,
  providing necessary information and support.

Duties and responsibilities

A Sales Intern works in an entry-level capacity to support the sales team by focusing on administrative tasks. A Sales Intern should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise. The primary Sales Intern job duties can include: Working with their manager or a sales associate to complete assigned tasks:

• Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
• Updating sales records and documents accurately
• Observing how to close deals in the sales process
• Communicating with vendors and clients at the manager’s request
• Conducting research and collating survey data
• Assessing whether sales targets are metTaking notes on what they learn while on the job
