Job Description ;

• Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
• Update daily container movement planning.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destination.
• Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and other related document preparation.
• To coordinate with 3rd party logistics service providers and provide full logistic support to the sales division.
• To liaise with customers for any inquiry.
• Carry out any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement ;

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good attitude

• Purchase Order amendment and revision
•  Assisting and preparing Subcontract documentations
•  Request quotation
•  Involved in general purchase ie office stationary, jackets

•  Assisting in updating Supplier and Subcontractor Fact Sheet
•  Assisting in maintaining Vendors Library
