Role and Responsibility

• Responsible in Amata plant area for basic tasks and questions on Industrial Engineering topics, as well as for the quality and coordination of work system design and time data management in the extended value stream (included logistic- and manufacturing processes)
• Definition, introduction, coordination and monitoring of standards, methods and tools
• Support of the plant management in the introduction of IE central instructions and ensuring their compliance
• Implementation of Industrial Engineering self-assessments and cross-assessments
• Coordination and implementation of Industrial Engineering tasks in the value streams

Time data management:

• Implementing of work plan structures with regard to time data in SAP
• Defining, introducing and ensuring appropriate time data management methods for the determination of time data
• Implementing and safeguarding of a central, uniform, consistent and up-to-date database for time data in the plant as a basis for all other systems and departments.

Work system design:

• Ensuring and coordinating the improvement processes for existing work systems and MAE to optimize work design
• Implementing the basic functions for work place design, work organization and planning work systems with calculation in IGEL SW
• Checking new machines/workplaces (work methods and ergonomics) with Ergonomics checklist via Ergonomics Software
• Implementing and continues checking of work place design
• Defining working loops according to Ergonomics requirements and Manpower optimization
• Advising and supporting process planning engineers and tool/machine designers during machine design and modification
• Implementing Industrial Engineering (IE) projects e.g. Ergonomics Software migration, etc.

Productivity Management:

• Implementing instruments for measuring productivity and tracking key figures
• Tracking the changes in routing times, optimize StAB analysis for supporting productivity improvement          
• Initiative & implement Standardized work at the shop floor level
• Participation in Bosch Production System projects within the framework of the planning guide including planning and monitoring of improvement projects

Any projects assigned by superior including tasks according to IE-Guideline in Bosch Global Network

1. Ensure appropriate Design Validation Plan and execution versus customer requirements

2. Manage test equipment standardization, Maintenance & Calibration

3. Develop tests procedure or method following customer's requirement

4 Identify investment proposals for test bench, Tooling

• Handling of customer complaints/ claim and customer related incidents to perform Pre-Investigation at Customer site and arrange containment actions
• Support APQP/ECR together with Sales section to get all customer requirements and customer approval
• Warranty cost management (review/validate and analysis of contents and try to reduce amount as much as possible together with stakeholders)
• Support sorting activity at warehouse
• Manage Customer Visits and Quality Assessments if needed on site at Bosch

• Development of gasoline injection components emphasizing on strength related failure mechanisms
• Perform structural stress analysis using Finite Element Method (FEM) and classical hand calculations
• Identify structural failure mechanisms of design elements and corresponding critical locations
• Perform fatigue assessment, give suggestion and work with team for design improvements
• Collaborate with test engineers to derive SN-Curve and material strength

• Molding tool manufacturing process optimization e.g new spare parts making, repair and new jig & fixtures
• Manage and organized training for our associates in Mold tool repair process expert activities
• Lead the team on technical best practice and establish quality standard for tooling making
• Material, Standard part ,tooling and equipment planning, to be ensured availability of consumable supply for mold and insert spare parts making process.

• Prepare a problem description & Create Quality Notification in SAP and provide to quality management in case of negative result from product audit & safe launch activities
• Ensure testing method in case of testing at external supplier
• Maintain KPI, QZ testing on time / IPN Window for connector product
• Develop and alignment a testing method with ENG (Series support Teams) Implement non PV testing of connector product e.g. electrical test, special testing from customer
