採購訂單 ：
1. 在發出採購訂單之前分析MRP變動報告
2.如發現缺貨或延遲交貨，準備人工搬運
3. 在TPICs系統中輸入資料並建立採購訂單簽發訂單
4. 列印訂單餘額清單並在 P/O 子系統建立訂單
5. 將採購訂單轉換為 PDF/TXT 格式並透過電子郵件發送給供應商
6. 更新採購訂單簽發清單並跟進確認收據
7.發現異常情況，及時修改採購訂單。
8. 如果根據庫存狀況修改計劃，則準備和分析手動移動
9. 安排所有採購訂單的備案

預報 ：
1. 在發布預測之前準備預測框架
2. 根據下載的資料輸入預測數量。

7. 根據財務與會計科的任何價格變更請求，更改 TPIC 中的單價
8. 在財務會計科前在發票上蓋章付款並進行付款
9. 在 TMS 零件清單中發布新型號和變更的零件資訊和物料清單
10. 向供應商針對不合格零件發出“不合格品更換表”
11. 更新已發出的被拒絕表格的清單並跟進更換情況。
12. 為需要發回供應商的拒絕零件準備交貨單
13. 更新採購開發部門的零件申請交付
