The Communications and Public Relations Intern (Asia Pacific) will provide support to the Communications Director APAC in executing effective communication and media relations strategies specifically targeted at the Asia Pacific region. This role will assist in expanding Crayon's PR footprint, optimizing internal communications, and contributing to the identification and promotion of compelling stories within the Asia Pacific market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal communications and social media specialists in developing and maintaining a themed editorial calendar for internal and external communications within the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with the Communications Director APAC to manage PR agencies and support subsidiaries within the Asia Pacific region, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
- Research and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising specifically tailored for the Asia Pacific market to enhance Crayon's thought leadership presence.
- Support the creation of press releases, keynote presentations, and other communication materials with a focus on the Asia Pacific audience.
- Monitor media and market sentiments within the Asia Pacific region, providing insights to inform communication strategies specific to the region.
- Assist in supporting leadership on their communication priorities, change management initiatives, and executing the leadership team's profile strategy within the Asia Pacific market.
- Contribute to implementing data measurement and analysis strategies to guide communication best practices in the Asia Pacific region.
- Aid in driving internal communications within the Asia Pacific region to ensure employees are well-informed about important company news

Experience, Education and skills
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (preferred) in a relevant field.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing and communications preferred.
- Excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with communication and media monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
