Job Brief:

To ensure proper and correct posting and mapping in AR / AP / Inventory / Revenue / Receipt / GL modules and others related in system both manually and software. 1. To perform sufficient background check on any credit facility application & then to obtain approval from Financial Controller and General Manager.

Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Account Manager to join the client's team in Malaysia.

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic recommendations
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Prepare and present account performance reports to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Participate in business development activities to acquire new clients
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

• Prior experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the maritime industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
