The intervention specialist helps 5 to 12-year-old students with behaviour and social-emotional challenges cope in mainstream schools, so that their emotional well-being can be addressed and reduces the risk of juvenile delinquency or mental health issues in their later years. • Conduct intervention sessions primarily using the Mediated Learning Experience (MLE) approach to impart and equip students with skills to regulate their behaviours and attention issues, as well as manage their socioemotional challenges
