About the Role
At Cadent we are committed to developing the next generation of field force professionals. As the lead for our Field Force Apprenticeship programmes, you will use your expertise in apprenticeships (including the relevant accreditations) together with your passion and dedication to provide excellence in learning and development solutions to deliver ‘best in class’ programmes for Cadent.
You will be the face of the Future Field Force programmes promoting them internally and externally. Working with a range of stakeholders across the business to provide an excellent learning experience and deliver engaged, competent employees into the business.
Working collaboratively across HR and the business you will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Future Talent employee learning cycle. You will be managing and delivering all Future Talent Programme activity, end to end, ensuring that all OFSTED and internal/external requirements are met whilst working towards becoming an award-winning Future Talent Programme provider of choice.
What you'll get to work on
- Proposing and leading on the implementation of end-to-end Future Talent & Development solutions/programmes to meet business requirements, now and in the future
- Ensuring the appropriate Talent & Development interventions are created and implemented, this includes but is not limited to; training plans, schemes of work, assessment plans, building curricula and accreditations.
- Ensuring apprenticeship and other development programmes are compliant with both Cadent and external frameworks, guidelines and policies.
- Ensuring compliance of, and operating within, ESFA external funding contract requirements.
What are we looking for

Experience with IQA to ensure that assessment practices are consistent, fair, and reliable

Proven experience in Learning programme design particularly Future Talent Programme design (in an Operational business)

Proven specialist knowledge and experience of working under OFSTED/ESFA requirements and managing end to end Apprenticeship related activity (preferably in an Organisation that is on the RoATP)

Excellent leadership, management and influencing/negotiating skills to build and maintain effective relationships across all stakeholder groups to deliver business outcomes

Full Valid Driving Licence
