- ResponsibilityDocument business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated process flows
- Responsible in project implementation of software application
- Prepare and complete timely project updates to ensure accurate and seamless project implementations
- Develop training materials in the form of videos, presentation slides, etc. for effective training approach and method
- Deliver internal and external training on products both online or physical classes and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure training materials are fully compliant and appropriately updated and distributed
- Work closely with product stakeholders to understand the needs and provide support by designing and facilitating the training
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency of project implementations and schedule training courses
- Perform product demonstrations to internal and external
- Train sales team in product knowledge
- Address clients’ queries in timely fashion
