Get to know the Role

As a Lead Product Manager for the Fulfilment Interface team, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the product strategy for the problem space, working closely with a team of talented Engineers / Data Scientists / Analysts / Business Owners to execute on that strategy
• Define a clear outlook / roadmap for quoting predicted and real-time Fulfilment Capabilities for Grab’s differentiated service offerings across Mobility and Deliveries while delivering an exceptional user experience
• Collaborate closely with Vertical product teams and country stakeholders on refining the value propositions of Grab’s services, drive go-to-market execution and continuously raising product quality
• Explore and help extend the reach of predictive and real-time signals (e.g. ETAs, marketplace health classifications) that can be used to power new and existing Fulfilment use-cases across Grab
• Understand and appreciate unique considerations, constraints, and perspectives of stakeholders, using this context to influence the right decisions to be made and build minimum-loveable products
• Coming up with product ideas, doing product discovery to identify the right opportunities while also measuring the impact of your work and decisions consistently

Qualifications

Ideally you possess the following:

• 5+ years direct experience in product management at a tech company, preferably in either platform or user-centric products
• Passion for solving challenging problem spaces and possess a bias for action to deliver incredible customer experiences
• Possess a strong analytical, customer-centric and owner’s mindset for your products and work
• Able to use critical thinking and data to guide decision making
• An excellent communicator and is able to work and influence stakeholders across different cultures and teams
• Comfortable with engaging in technical discussions or delivering business presentations depending on the setting, and also being able to clearly explain both concepts to a wide variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Strong experience in all stages of the product lifecycle
• Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment

About your role

Technical Writing and Documentation

· Develop, write, and maintain user guides to facilitate user onboarding.

· Ensure all documentation is technically accurate and user-friendly, enhancing the overall user experience.

Video Tutorial Production

· Produce instructional videos that effectively demonstrate product features and operational procedures.

· Work closely with the product team to verify content accuracy and collaborate with media specialists to ensure high-quality video production.

Product Management Support

· Assist in product discovery processes utilizing market surveys, competitive analysis, and direct customer feedback.

· Support feature prioritization and collaborate with technical teams to steer product development.

- Track and report on product development tasks, preparing products for scalability in diverse markets, both locally and internationally.

Requirements:

· Solid foundational knowledge of software and product engineering principles. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong proficiency in technical writing and previous experience producing video tutorial content.

· Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence; prior experience is a plus.

· Proven ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
