Job Description

• Perform the feasibility study on new samples provided by customers. This includes getting a good understanding of the customer expectations, discussing with design engineering teams to work out the most optimal solution, and preparing a report for the customer.
• Represent the applications team in selected new product development programs. Join design reviews, formulate useability ideas, prepare and conduct internal alpha test plans, and present to senior management in milestone meetings.
• Prepare detailed technical requirements for product improvements and discuss them with different stakeholders, including design engineering teams.
• Perform acceptance testing of newly developed customer features.
• Support beta installations at customers facilities when required.
• Prepare technical training material and conduct training to other KLA employees.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7+ years' industry experience.
• Experience as a technical specialist or application engineer in high technological products is an advantage.
• Product training experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and self-leadership skills.

Position Summary

As the VP, Product Specialist (Staking) at Hex Trust, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development of Hex Trust's custody staking solutions for digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business development, and operations to drive the custodial and staking product roadmap, identify market opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the digital asset custody-staking product strategy
• Serve as a technical resource, domain expert and go-to profile for all staking-related business opportunities, offering expert guidance and support internally and to our clients
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure swift deployment and minimising time to delegation
• Affinity for strategic planning and prioritising business decisions
• Monitor and develop internal staking strategies to achieve and exceed P & L product targets
• Ability to analyse the cost and infrastructure requirements required for staking across digital assets
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure digital asset solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to digital asset custody and financial services
  

Support sales and business development efforts by participating in client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry conferences

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or digital assets industry
• Prior experience in leading the development and launch of staking products
• Experience in working with Foundations and Pre-TGE projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product development processes
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly product features
