Seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist professional responsible for managing accounts and driving profitable sales growth while sustaining strategic relationships for the Commercial HVAC, Pump, & General Industry markets. Create competitive differentiation and earn the position of being our customer’s supplier of choice, while leveraging Regal Rexnord technologies for value-add solutions, create/sustain customer strategic relationships and be the strong Voice-of-the-Customer advocate. This role will be mentored by experienced Sales professionals and will work closely with other team members to ensure proper management and training.
The primary function of this role is to manage and maintain orders and products within medium sized accounts. Primary duties include collaborating with team to set revenue goals, implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth, and executing to the plan.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and highly organized with data. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. Manage a sales funnel and develop a pipeline of data for strategic decision-making.
Major Responsibilities:
Proactively drive revenue through existing customer base
Execute and create calling campaigns to nurture prospect customer into new account relationships and expanded revenue streams
Create and drive execution of new growth opportunities, while maintaining an active sales funnel in CRM
Develop and sustain Sales Plan by account for motors and product solutions to meet/exceed the business targets
Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics at established accounts, ensuring Regal Rexnord as the customer’s preferred supplier
Prepare and drive action plans for status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, customer needs and adherence to goals
Collaborate with territory and distribution sales teams to ensure leads are properly assigned and conversion from opportunity to revenue is optimized.
Attend product and process training while committing to self-study to enhance product and industry knowledge
Ensure reports and other intelligence or insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization
Build sales funnel and lead data in CRM, deliver funnel audits providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age
Manage and implement sales forecasting establishing high levels of accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
Support policy deployment and 80/20 initiatives
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
BS in Engineering or Business preferred (Associates Degree with experience will be considered)

Collaborate with Technology leaders and teams to ensure planning, progress, monitoring and early escalation of issues relating to integration work streams and transformation standards set by the M&A team.
Create the alliance level plan and identify and manage dependencies across corporate technologies and other alliances/BUs.
Drive progress according to the integration plan.
Ensure alignment corporate services plan aligns with the central program team's plan and escalate mis-alignments/unidentified dependencies as needed.
Identify, manage, mitigate risks, escalations, and issues.
Partner with Finance to ensure the budget is tracked against approved funding and burn rate.
Remain aware of M&A program scorecard content to enable proactive alignment regarding published reports and quick escalation for issues.
Serve as the corporate technology services leader on the M&A program team - includes representing updates, requests, and escalations across the corporate services technology alliance.
Create executive-ready updates for Technology leadership and contribute to executive reports that include integration updates.
What you will do
Lead design, implementation and management of highly complex strategic initiatives. Work with leadership and BU to deliver detailed designs for business cases and initiatives across the company.
Perform Risk Management, including governing the risk and issue process, from risk, issue, and dependency identification, to developing and tracking mitigation plans, and facilitating the escalation of any issues or dependencies that block delivery.
Monitor and communicate initiative measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.
Present solutions to have the greatest impact on profitability and client satisfaction.
Develop short and long-term delivery strategies while outlining assumptions, success drivers, dependencies, expected outcomes and offering strategic alternatives necessary to pivot due to internal or external business goals.
Facilitate planning activities for the team.
Facilitate budget activities for the team.
Manage time tracking governance activities for the team (ensuring proper codes are changed, time is submitted and approved, etc.)
What experience you will need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Results-oriented professional with 7+ years of technology planning/ program management, Release Train Engineer, Program Manager or Scrum Master experience.
Experience in managing complex programs involving extensive change management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Forecasts and plans resource requirements for complex initiatives.
Experience in building and managing medium to large delivery functions using Agile methodology or has managed the entire business pillar portfolio with a supporting team.
