The Key Account  Sales Manager must also be in a position to convey even the most complex information and insights in his reports in a simple, clear, and convincing manner, tailoring messages to suit various audiences.
• The Key Account Sales Manager must also be a story-teller who is able to sell the brand to potential clients and secure more sales for the business. In addition to this, the Key Account Sales Manager must also be a great listener with ability to clarify and resolve issues and concerns of consumers, external partners, senior personnel, junior personnel etc.
• The Key Account Sales Manager must be highly proficient in Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creation of visually, and verbally engaging reports and presentations for senior sales management, external partners, junior sales personnel, collaborating personnel, and stakeholders.
• A candidate for this position must also demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to assimilate complex data and information from disparate sources and process it to address a certain need or issue in the sales department. The candidate will be highly proficient with research solutions to sales as well as effectiveness measurement systems.
• In this capacity, the Key Account Sales Manager will conduct regular research and analyses on the business’s market and competitive environment, looking for opportunities to further the sales department’s goals by adjusting strategies and approaches that enhance efficiency and performance.
• Certain interpersonal skills will be necessary for a Key Accountr Sales Manager, for example, he will be passionate and highly energetic in his work, he will be self-motivated and work under minimal supervision, and he will be proactive and have an insatiable appetite for knowledge. This role resides within the Marketing Department and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the growth and penetration of our products and financing solutions to ensure that Aeon Credit achieves its growth and commercial ambition. The individual should have a good understanding of consumer marketing and retail merchandising. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.
• In charge of planning and implementing brand activation strategies and integrating retail marketing plans with overall brand positioning.
• Create impactful marketing and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and sales presentations.
• Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of all brand activation planning, retail installation and implementation across all touchpoints. 
  Build strong relationships with product team, sales team and trade partners to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits and engage in fieldwork to gather feedback, identify challenges, and align strategies with market realities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current retail marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis with the aim to optimize cost spending.
• Build advocacy and enhance awareness amongst AEON Credit Employees through Internal Marketing funnels.
• Manage department’s A&P expenses tracking & processing of PO and/or invoices as well as ensuring full compliance to procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and other audit/regulatory obligations. 

Requirement

• Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Possesses sound Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing knowledge, excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer centric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brand mindset.
• Robust analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touchpoints across all channels and platforms.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis with ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviours into strategic activities.
• Able to work independently without much supervision, resourceful, innovative and is a team player. Self-motivated with a high level of drive, initiative, and commitment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to optimize quality and impact of omni-channel plans and campaigns.
• Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required.
