The Analytics and Performance team is a new function within the AASC contract. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Operational Research.
• Specialized degrees or certifications in data analytics, data science, business analytics or related fields can be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, with 3-5 years of experience using tools such as SQL, Python, R or similar languages; experience with BigQuery in the logistics industry can be advantageous.
• Proven track record using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar tools; experience with LookML (not Looker Studio) can be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets, translate them into actionable recommendations, and drive organisational change.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
