5. 收集客戶業務短期/中期/長期需求/要求，利用 GoC 的產品和解決方案客製化合適的解決方案，幫助客戶成功實現其專案目標。

10. 始終了解最新的優勢/劣勢/機會/威脅 (SWOT)，並與內部同行合作，幫助其他人了解 GoC 與外部競爭對手相比的所有產品的關鍵價值觀和優勢。

11. 每週在追蹤系統中更新專案狀態，並向主管/經理更新每項待管理資產和/或正在準備的投標/報價的當前狀態。

資格和經驗

• 電力系統及其自動化、電力電子與傳動、控制工程、電化學等相關專業，具備3年以上專案經驗，學士及以學歷。
• 熟悉新能源、電氣整合或光伏相關技術，能夠編製滿足專案需求的系統整合方案。有光電或儲能產業專案經驗者優先；
• 具有良好的邏輯思考、嚴謹的問題分析能力、快速的學習能力；勤奮、積極主動、抗壓性強，對業界資訊有敏銳的洞察與捕捉能力

Job Responsibilities

· Be able to effectively manage the pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities documentation.

· Coordination of engineering changes, modifications, or repair work with various Construction disciplines & Project Managers.

· Generate and compile requisite documentation for the successful handover of the plant to the owners.

· Ensure ‘on time in full’ delivery of the Contractor’s responsibilities to desired quality in line with the contractual obligations of the contractor.

· Generate periodical Progress Reports capturing the key activities at the site along with a forecast of critical activities.

· Co‐ordinate the pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities with Owners, Licensors, Construction teams, Contractors/ sub.

· Responsible for guiding the pre‐commissioning / commissioning team and closely monitoring pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities at system units.

· Effectively monitor a team of Contractor’s pre‐commissioning/ commissioning engineers to deliver successful and safe pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities.

· Be able to prioritize the systems for completion by construction teams in order to achieve a planned and smooth pre‐commissioning/ commissioning of the plant.

· Process Technology development for Silicon wafer manufacturing

· Manage wafer manufacturing process in achieving quality, yield, quality and production targets.
