Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as (not limited to) the following: Air-conditioning & electrical, lift, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainage
• Supervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment
• Assist in the preparation of consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas

• Coordinate and inform Chief Engineer of any disruptions to service of any kind.

Responsibilities:
• Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries & calls.
• Deal with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
• Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.

• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES

The WSHE Officer is responsible for carrying out all the environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
• Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system

Job Responsibilities:
