This role of a Premier Travel Services Consultant – Manager is at the executive level and will play an integral role in helping us deliver unparalleled travel experiences to our clients.
Job Description:
The Premier Travel Services Consultant - Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all travel and event-related services. Working together with the Directors, this role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry, who can drive our team towards excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and execution of sophisticated travel arrangements and events for groups and communities, ensuring top-notch service quality.
· Oversee logistics and clearance processes for all travel, guaranteeing seamless experiences for clients.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to enhance service offerings.
· Drive the creation of innovative travel itineraries and events, setting new standards in the travel and events management industry.
· Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
· Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning and service enhancement.
Desired Experience or Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the travel, hospitality, or events industry.
· Sabre GDS experience including ticketing.
· PowerSuite CRM experience
· Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry. (Candidates with relevant skillsets from different industries but passionate in the travel industry are welcomed to apply)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners.
· A passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
· Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
· Some international travel may be required.
· Bilingual (English and Mandarin) speaking at a high level will be highly regarded.
