Your Opportunity.
As one of our valued Senior Account Directors or Account Directors at Thrive you will play a key senior role on some of the agency's most prestigious and highest profile brands in the world across both consumer and corporate public relations.
Client portfolio's cover the technology, consumer, corporate, tourism and automotive sectors. Your experience and aspirations will determine what unique collection of business you partner with.
- Global Brands Consumer & Business/Purpose Focus - this is the fastest growing section of the business and therefore, we are seeking strong corporate communications and PR professionals that have a blend of internal and agency experience. You will partner with corporate brands to deliver thought leadership pieces through to campaigns that are focused in the client's Corporate Social Responsibilitiy programs that are linked to people, communities, purpose and planet.

Managing a team & clients.
- Mentor some of the smartest PR & social consultants in the country while managing a small number of clients who respect and value the work we do.
- Proven success in proactive client counsel, spontaneous with ideas, a great writer and will invest time growing your network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive.
- You love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, be a media relations guru with exceptional experience delivering campaigns with technology and news journalists along with broadcast media and new independent media outlets.
- You will also love the thrill of delivering high profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital.
- Desire to be curious to learn more about running teams and being involved in new business pitches, will love ideating to challenge BAU on accounts, and will have an appetite for learning new strategic and creative skills including a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations.
