What will you do
A Johnson Controls Team Manager is responsible for the assignment and coordination of people and materials necessary for the prompt and complete installation of all jobs within an assigned territory. Develops and builds on current capabilities to prepare associates for successful job performance and installation requirements. This is not a remote position.
How will you do it
Plan, schedule, supervise and control installations.
Confirm all equipment procurement for installations.
Prepare progress reports, expense reports and other related documents.
Evaluate system performance and effectiveness to maintain and minimize equipment malfunctions.
Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and new developments.
Keep associates and customers informed of any industry changes.
Develop work force size to efficiently accommodate subscriber-related workloads.

Required
High School graduate
Three years of Security industry experience
Leadership experience
Minimum 3-5 years of electrical and electronic equipment installation experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Who are we looking for:
State Street seeks to recruit an Early Career Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst that will assist in the detection, triage, analysis and response to cyber-attacks. The analyst will join our SOC team which will run a 24/7 coverage, 365 days a year model, with a partner team in Ireland.
The SOC team is responsible for analyzing events from multiple sources from across a large enterprise network. The SOC will partner with multiple teams in our Cyber Fusion Center including but not limited to Advanced Threat, Cyber Threat Intelligence, & Red/Purple teams.

About you and this role
As the Operational Leader of Dow’s Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the day-to-day cyber defense operations for one of the world’s largest and most innovative material sciences company. The CSOC protects Dow information, assets, and people from cyber security risk through 24/7/365 cyberattack detection and response as the global focal point for all cyber incidents. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the CSOC mission through performance of data collection, event detection, triage, investigation, response, and providing after action feedback. Within the role, you will ensure the CSOC mission is carried out in an ethical, safe, inclusive, data driven, and transparent manner, emphasizing education and awareness to empower the rest of Dow to be an active part of the company’s cyber defense.
