Job Description 

• To conduct desk and field investigation for both issuing and merchant acquiring fraud.
• To identify gaps along the processes to minimize fraud risks.
• Review any suspicious applications escalated by any channels and returned to them within the internal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

 Job Responsibilities:-

• To create and conceptualize the company’s brand image.
• Manage the content to marketing of Company’s social media to ensure customer receive full knowledge and information about our products and services by means of product photos, details or video.
• To assist in visual merchandising display at head office and set-up of merchandize display showcase at major events & road shows.
• Meet with immediate superior to determine the scope of a project.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
   

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Working experiences in commercial designing field.
• Good understanding of e-commerce concepts and practices.
• Good Knowledge in video editing & photo shooting and experience in web designing.
• Knowledge of social media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu platforms.
• Strong organizational, capable to handle multiple concurrent tasks and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

資格：

• 行銷、傳播或相關領域學士學位。
• 在社群媒體管理方面擁有豐富的經驗，最好是在零售或永續發展領域。
• 強大的創意視野，對設計和說故事有敏銳的眼光。
• 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力，尤其是英語和馬來語。
• 熟練社交媒體分析工具、內容創建工具、圖形設計軟體以及影片編輯工具和平台（FB、IG、Tiktok、Linkedin、Twitter (X)）。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中處理多項任務、確定優先順序並按時完成任務。
• 對永續發展、環境管理和社會責任的熱情。
• 具有團隊合作精神，具有有效的溝通技巧以及與不同團隊合作的能力。

This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective management of order management & logistics operation and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, problem solving and communication skills.

A person who is motivated in continuous improvement of career and personal development to drive operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Act as team lead and escalation path for a team of order processing and logistics from the business support organization.
• Overseeing the end-to-end order processing until product delivery with aim to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute master schedule that optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance on-time delivery rates.
• Evaluate capacity from forecast given by customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production team to ensure sufficient material, resources and production status can be met on time.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and management to resolve issues and ensure that deliveries are completed smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements.
• Ensure proper arrangement of transportation of finished goods to end customers.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the logistics process, such as delays or damages, and implement appropriate solutions.
  
  Requirements:
• Degree in any related field
• 2 years working experience as production planner/logistics and order management executive
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate
