• Evaluate capacity from forecast given by customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production team to ensure sufficient material, resources and production status can be met on time.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and management to resolve issues and ensure that deliveries are completed smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements.
• Ensure proper arrangement of transportation of finished goods to end customers.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the logistics process, such as delays or damages, and implement appropriate solutions.
  
  Requirements:
• Degree in any related field
• 2 years working experience as production planner/logistics and order management executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• To assist Post Development Manager to form JMB for new site
• To assist Post Development Manager to coordinate handover from developer to new JMB
• To assist Post Development Manager to manage & rectify financial budget for HOD approval
• To assist Post Development Manager to control budget expenditure
  Contract agreement with sub-contractor, supplier & service provider;
• a) Renewal of existing contract agreement completed 60 days before the date of expiry
• b) New contract agreement signed 30 days before CCC/HOVP
• To standardize Admin Processing for all department, ensure effective execution of purchasing process, petty cash monitoring & payment to contractor/supplier
• To assist HOD to design & implement Business Plan for Property Management Company (PMC) to generate income & minimize cost impact towards PMC
• Handling Strata compliance & regulations for PMC projects
• Monitoring and Control of WIZ System Customization to ensure 90% overall cumulative collection of service charge for all sites (3 months after billing)
• To act as Credit Control for PMC projects to ensure outstanding amount is < 5% of Cumulative billing
• To issue reminder letters, propose LOD or file for Tribunal for resident owing service charge
• To assist Property Manager in handover of Management Account & Operational Matters to new Facility Manager of the site
• To assist Property Manager in preparing budget for All Sites & implement cost reduction for less favorable account
• To assist Property Manager to setup Management Office (e.g. Service Provider)
• Ensure 100% compliance during Process Audit for the following areas;

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in Business Admin / Management or equivalent
  3-4 Years’ Experience in a similar industry

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account and Finance Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

· Monthly receivable and payable reports 

· Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs 

· Prepare tax documents and liaise with the auditor and tax firms 

· Manage monthly cash flow budgeting & forecasting

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success

· Experience with financial software and accounting systems

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations

· Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus

Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. Reporting to Head of Gateway, as Client Management Specialist/Executive, your responsibilities also include overseeing client accounts, executing campaign plans, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle special given task such as affiliates, partnerships, new channels or other new value added to help overall clients business growth.
• Responsible to prepare an annual plan/ JBP with target setting in compliance to client’s business direction.
• With high demand planning skills including stocks purchase or replenishing plans.
  Assist to provide guidance and training to the Key Account Associates. Demand training from platforms if required.
• Core responsibilities include relationship building, manage supply chain including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, run business analytics & suggest solutions, ensure operation performance is up to KPI set and prepare required reports/ post mortem/ billings.
• Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & daily communication with client and platform PIC is necessary.
• Establish marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key function of these teams can be operated smoothly.
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis.
• Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.
• Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports (if required).
• Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOP and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
• Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
• Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.
