Maintenance Database Integrity Manager
KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Maintenance Database Integrity Manager to support the multi-billion-dollar Plaquemines project developing a Liquid Natural Gas export facility when fully developed will have an export capacity of up to 20 million metric tonnes per year. The facility’s location is about 20 miles south of New Orleans. This project is expected to be a multi-phase project spanning two years.
Aligning with KBR’s commitment to sustainability, the 630-acre site located on the Mississippi River provides deep-water access without the need for dredging, allowing for an expedited environmentally friendly development process.

The Maintenance Database Integrity Manager will be responsible for capturing all data required to Maintain PLNG Equipment, ensure the integrity of the database, and manage and control all data uploads in the CMMS Database. This role is also responsible for the creation of all maintenance work orders built within the CMMS database using verified data extracted from P&IDs, OEM Manuals, OEM Data sheets and all other sources.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain & populate all equipment information for the CMMS database ensuring database integrity
- Ensure all equipment tags and descriptions are placed within the database according to Manufacturers Specifications/Detail Drawings, Data Sheets, and industry standards to ensure end product is compatible with Clients SAP CMMS System
- Ensure proper and correct entry templates and SAP compliant seamless uploads
- Format data to download into the database to use for work order development
- Apply the Engineering, Manufacturer and Industry Codes and Standards for all Equipment and ensure compliance with all Safety, Environmental Policies and Procedures
- Receive input from all disciplines (Electrical, I&C and Mechanical, Operations etc.) OEM Vendors and Sub-Contractors to ensure all Maintenance work is identified, sequenced, and included into the Database
- Maintain the CMMS Database to create Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance Work Orders as required.
- Work directly with the PC&C Maintenance Team to ensure all required work orders are planned and issued in a timely manner
- Assist in problem identification and diagnostics and with maintaining records on jobs, problems, procedure changes, etc.
- Implement and record all maintenance procedures for Regulatory compliance
- Capture all spare parts and consumables used to perform the maintenance activity to the work order to ensure their availability when future work orders are issued
- Extract Attribute Data from P&ID, OIM Manuals, Data Sheets, Equipment List and RSPL’s
- Use SAP Experience to ensure all attributes are there to populate client SAP system
- Train CMMS users in the issue and recording of completed work orders and maintenance activities
Experience & Skills:
- Previous proven supervisory and planning skills
- Strong leadership skills including managing projects involving the cleansing and migration of data
- Proficient PM and MM SAP Module
- Must be fully experienced in SAP CMMS building Maintainable Equipment attribute data
- Strong human relations skills are imperative, must be able to read and write English so that information can be exchanged in a clear and efficient manner. This role requires significant input and interaction with all disciplines of field personnel
- Knowledgeable in preservation practices and procedures
- Established ability to coordinate with multiple involved parties such as Subcontractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders
- Familiar with and capable of working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, and Outlook, obtaining, and preparing graphs and other pertinent information and preparing KPI’s weekly and monthly reports and SharePoint
- Self-motivated, well-organized, hardworking individual capable of exercising their responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Strong written and verbal skills for reports describing daily activities.
- Ability to support, practice, and implement written standards and goals
Additional Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED & 18 + years of directly related experience
- 15 + years directly involving building and maintaining CMMS systems and databases and managing maintenance planning and work order activities for Oil and Gas Industry, preferable LNG
- Or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 10 + years of directly involving building and maintaining CMMS systems and databases and managing maintenance planning and work order activities for Oil and Gas Industry, preferable LNG, with average experience of 20 + years
