The Trainee Surveyor role:

Initially supporting, but developing responsibility for the financial and technical aspects of the contract, including procurement, benchmarking, productivity and budget control
You will learn to understand how to create cost efficiencies to consistently provide and demonstrate value for money
You will meet work in collaboration with direct labour and subcontractors, understanding their roles and expectations of the service we deliver
We will instil confidence in your communication, to develop and maintain relationships with your team, colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, and our client

As a minimum you will need to be educated to at least A-level standard, or equivalent i.e Level 3. You will have achieved a Maths GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C or above.

Although not essential to your application, a surveying related qualification, or industry experience would be advantageous.
