We are in search of an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager who will lead our product (Imaging Camera) marketing efforts, with a specific focus on conducting meticulous research related to product pricing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the market perception of our products and contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to promote our products effectively, drive product awareness and market penetration.
- Conduct market segmentation analysis to tailor messaging for different target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Market Trends Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging market opportunities.
- Perform market visit and meet-up with dealers for market insights.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies to position our products effectively.
- Pricing Research and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough pricing research to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics and customer value perceptions.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure pricing aligns with financial objectives and sales targets.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback and seek continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Generate insightful reports for key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather insights and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of related experience in the industry, with passion in imaging and video industry.
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong background in pricing strategy.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
