We are in search of a Senior Network Installation Technician at the customer site at Fort Meade, MD and will require travel.

Our Opportunity:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.  This technician will support a large federal agency’s Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment. This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards.

Clearance Requirement:
•Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI. (US Citizenship required)

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead network survey, design and installations under direction of the government.
•Conduct Site Surveys of customer premise networks in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
•Create detailed Site Survey reports detailing a site’s current infrastructure, NIST and TEMPEST compliance, along with design recommendations.
•Configure, install, test, certify, and troubleshoot network infrastructure cabling.

ISAP/ITS Department Overview

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Paris, London and Asia. With over 250 people, it constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams. This setup is operated in partnership with a Service Provider, who provides most resources on site.

Position

The Head of Section for Data Security Services manages the RUN team and the related activities to data and endpoint security. He/She is the main point of contact for the service provider and the internal clients in the bank. He/She manages the budget for the scope.
