Job Description

• Under direct supervision, plans and Purchase of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management strategic plans at the plant level
• Complies with and executes Category Management strategies in accordance with policies and procedures
• Issues purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing
• Implements agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management
• Manage daily suppliers’ deliveries, PO prices and On-time delivery
• Manage GRIR/ blocked invoices
• Contracts management and administration.
• Assesses and perform Supplier Performance Review
• Work on Continuous Improvement Projects and costs savings initiatives
• Require to comprehend technical drawings and specifications
• Work closely with Technology and stakeholders on Quality related issues with suppliers
• Ad-hoc duties

Qualification & Experience

• Completion of a bachelor degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline required. (Procurement Specialist)
• Completion of a diploma in a technical, business, or similar discipline with related of working experience (Procurement Specialist Associate)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or production environment.
